At the end of the 19th century tourism also appeared in Switzerland. Holiday countries and resorts, as well as transport companies competed with each other - the poster was the ideal advertising medium. Today, the poster culture is different from what it used to be. My work is kind of a homage to the poster culture of the past basted on the touristic village Brigels in the Swiss mountains.
